Delivery

The orders placed in the Prolog shop are delivered by courier or by post.

The cost of delivery is determined by weight, means of delivery and destination.

The cost of delivery is presented to the customer for acceptance prior to placing the final order.

The cost of delivery is presented in the Basket, after choosing delivery option.

Customs and Tax Duties for Deliveries Outside the European Union

1. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, the prices of goods displayed in the Store do not include local taxes (including VAT), customs duties, or any other import fees applicable in the destination country.

2. All additional customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees associated with import clearance shall be borne entirely by the Buyer.

3. The Store has no control over the amount of these fees and cannot predict them. The Buyer may obtain detailed information regarding customs regulations from the local customs office in the country of delivery.

4. Should the Buyer refuse to accept the parcel due to the requirement to pay customs duties, the Buyer shall be held liable for the costs of returning the parcel to the Store.
